Honest reviews

At the start of every new course or module, there is the dreaded moment when you receive your reading list. There are normally a list of recommended texts, but how to pick the right one? It is an important decision, which will prove very costly if you get it wrong, both financially and academically.

At Student Law Magazine we will provide reviews by students on the textbooks and other resources that they have used. There is no publisher to please, and we are not selling anything. So when you receive your reading list visit Student Law Magazine and hear from the people who have been using the books, day in day out, and see what they recommend.

Contribute

If you are currently studying law, and would like to recommend a book from your own experience, then please get in touch by emailing a short review ( no more than 500 words) with a star rating (maximum of 5). Please don’t forget to state the book title, publisher and edition. We realise this is a burdensome task, but it will be a huge help to others, and hopefully someone will review a book that you may look to purchase in the future.
